Job summary

Jollibee Group North America is hiring a full-time Barista in Taguig, Philippines to join our cafes Common Man Coffee Roasters and Tiong Bahru Bakery. You will have the chance to grow your barista skills with a leading food service company in the Philippines.

Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks, maintain a clean workstation, and deliver friendly service in a fast-paced setting. Previous barista or customer service experience is preferred, with latte art skills considered a plus.

What youll be doing

• Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages to customers with speed and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area to ensure efficient and safe operations
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring a positive dining experience
• Follow all applicable health, safety, and hygiene protocols to maintain high standards of food and beverage preparation
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
• Contribute to a positive team dynamic and support colleagues as required

What were looking for

• Minimum 1-year experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role within the hospitality or food and beverage industry
• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service-oriented role in the food and beverage industry
• Knowledge of coffee preparation methods, equipment, and drink recipes
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and improve your barista skills
• Knowledge and expertise in latte art-making
