Job summary

Elite Headhunting Incorporated is seeking an experienced Barista to join our team across multiple locations in Metro Manila. You will prepare beverages, operate espresso machines, and handle POS transactions in a fast-paced cafe environment.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of barista experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work at BGC, Taguig; Alabang Town Center, Muntinlupa; Greenbelt, Makati; and Sta. Cruz, Manila. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Barista experience.
• Hands-on experience with espresso machines and blenders.
• Experience using POS systems.
• Knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced café environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, smoothies, protein beverages, and specialty drinks.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and blenders.
• Take customer orders and process transactions using the POS system.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Maintain beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Keep the bar and work area clean, organized, and sanitary.
• Monitor, label, and properly store ingredients and supplies.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with daily store operations and other tasks assigned by the immediate superior.
