• Take orders accurately and suggest menu items or specials
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a courteous manner

• Clean and sanitize equipment and workstations throughout the shift
• Monitor stock levels and notify management of inventory needs
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff during busy periods
