Job summary

The Barista is responsible for preparing coffee and serving customer orders from the coffee bar. The role is simple and does not involve kitchen work or food preparation.

The Barista will work in the coffee bar area, handle orders, maintain cleanliness, and ensure stock of cups, lids, beans, and milk. A two-year contract with free accommodation and transportation is offered, with SAR 2,000 basic package.

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee drinks according to the company standards.
• Receive and prepare customer orders from the coffee bar.
• Dispatch orders to customers in a polite and professional way.
• Keep the coffee bar area clean and organized.
• Make sure cups, lids, coffee beans, milk, and other coffee bar items are available.
• Follow hygiene and cleanliness rules at all times.
• Handle coffee machines and tools carefully.
• Inform the supervisor if any machine, tool, or item is not working or missing.
• Support the team during busy hours.
• Maintain a good appearance and positive attitude with customers.
