Key Responsibilities:

Beverage Preparation:

• Brew coffee, espresso, and tea, following specific recipes and quality standards.
• Prepare and serve specialty drinks like lattes, cappuccinos, mochas, and iced drinks.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and effectively.

Customer Service:

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders, suggesting items and answering questions about the menu.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service and addressing any issues promptly.
• Process customer transactions accurately, handling cash and credit card payments.
• Manage tips and register receipts, ensuring proper change is given.

Education and Experience:
