R2 Group of Exclusive Brands is seeking a friendly Barista to join our team at Ayala Malls Manila Bay. You will prepare and serve a range of hot and cold drinks, greet customers, and maintain a clean beverage station with high-quality service.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of Barista experience, is college undergraduate, and willing to undergo training. Enjoy meal allowance, statutory benefits, and a supportive work environment with opportunities for growth.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
• Operate coffee equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, prompt service
• Take orders accurately and suggest menu items or specials
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a courteous manner
• Restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies as needed
• Clean and sanitize equipment and workstations throughout the shift
• Monitor stock levels and notify management of inventory needs
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff during busy periods
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, or other duties as assigned
