• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks (lattes, cappuccinos, etc.)
• Operate coffee machines and grinders to produce quality beverages
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of workstations
• Maintain stock levels of coffee, milk, and other supplies
• Handle cash and process payments
• Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies are low
• Provide excellent customer service, creating a positive experience
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas at the end of the shift

• Proven experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role (may not always be required for entry-level positions)
