• Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including coffee machines and customer areas.
• Take customer orders, process payments, and handle cash or card transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or requests.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food and beverage quality.
• Assist in inventory management, restocking supplies, and maintaining product freshness.
