You will mentor teams, manage budgets, collaborate with cross-functional experts, and stay ahead of regulatory changes and emerging technologies to deliver measurable value for clients.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology strategy or transformation experience in consulting, in-house, or enterprise architecture for banking/financial services.
• Proven capability to design IT strategy, architecture, and operating models.
• Experience with cloud transformation and major IT programs.
• Budget accountability for projects or resources.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with banking clients to understand business needs, challenges, and goals.
• Lead opportunities: RFI/RfP, solution design, budgeting, and account planning.
• Oversee Delivery Management: PM, team leadership, and P&L management.
• Mentor and coach teams within the banking consulting domain.
• Provide industry trends, regulatory guidance, and best practices to clients.
