Job summary

Monitor Deloitte in Manila seeks a dynamic entrant to join the Technology Strategy and Transformation (TS&T) team. You will help grow the TS&T business in Southeast Asia through creation, sale and delivery of technology strategy and transformation solutions.

You will support client discussions, develop proposals, and work on IT strategy, development, and transformation initiatives within a collaborative Deloitte environment.

Qualifications

• Final year student or recent graduate with 0–2 years of work experience.
• Strong academic performance in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering or Computer Science or related disciplines.
• Some experience in advisory or implementation in IT Strategy, IT Transformation, IT Operations or IT Optimization.
• Understanding of current IT trends (cloud computing, big data, social media, RPA, IoT, blockchain, etc).
• Fluent verbal and written English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams with end-to-end advisory and insights to form tech-enabled solutions addressing client needs.
• Assist in gathering business requirements, validate functional specs and support prototyping and architecture redesign.
• Engage clients in discussions, presentations and workshops to validate technology-enabled solutions and walk through deliverables.
• Develop trusted client relationships and showcase technical and advisory capabilities over the spectrum.
• Provide quality assurance and ensure timely delivery of work products.
• Co‑coach project teams and maintain operational excellence throughout projects.
• Meet clients regularly to define problems, analyze priorities, and develop responses to inquiries.
