Deloitte Southeast Asia is seeking a senior technology strategy and transformation leader to work with major banking clients. You will drive IT strategy, architecture, and operating model design while guiding cloud transformation programs and large-scale initiatives.

The role requires extensive consulting experience, exceptional stakeholder management, and the ability to travel to client sites within the region.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in technology strategy and transformation.
• Experience shaping technology strategy for Banking Institutions.
• Expertise in IT strategy, architecture and operating models.
• Cloud strategy and transformation experience with strong delivery.
• Budget oversight and cross-functional team leadership.
• Proven thought leadership and executive relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs in financial services.
• Lead RFI/RfP processes, solution design, budgeting and account planning.
• Deliver project management, governance and P&L oversight.
• Mentor and coach teams to build capabilities and performance.
• Provide guidance on regulatory trends and industry best practices.
