Job summary

BDO Network Bank invites applications for Team Head to drive branch sales teams toward targets, develop and implement sales strategies, and coordinate with support units to ensure consistent performance across branches.

The successful candidate will monitor sales, credit, and collection metrics, validate and approve credit recommendations, mentor staff, and uphold credit quality with strong leadership, people skills, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year or 5-year degree course.
• Experience in handling a team and selling bank products.
• Good people management, selling, training and communication skills.
• Adequate credit knowledge, people and leadership abilities.
• Preferably can drive a motorcycle.

Responsibilities

• Formulates branch sales strategies and directs implementation for the sales teams to hit sales targets.
• Ensures that the sales teams generate adequate loan turn-ins, approvals and bookings.
• Closely monitors sales, credit and collection performance against set targets and takes necessary action on any variances.
• Validates and approves credit recommendations of Account Officers (AOs) to conform with prescribed limits & thereby maintain credit quality.
