Job summary

CollegeSearch is seeking a proactive sales associate to generate new customers and promote bank products and services. You will sell savings and current accounts, credit cards, loans, and insurance, and contact potential customers through calls, visits, and referrals.

You will understand customer needs, recommend suitable products, achieve monthly sales targets, collect and verify documents for applications, follow up on approvals, and maintain strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• 1. Generate new customers and promote bank products and services.
• 2. Sell savings/current accounts, credit cards, loans, insurance, and other banking products.
• 3. Contact potential customers through calls, visits, and referrals.
• 4. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking products.
• 5. Achieve monthly sales targets.
• 6. Collect and verify required customer documents for applications.
• 7. Follow up with customers regarding applications and approvals.
• 8. Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
• 9. Update customer and sales information in the bank's system/CRM.
• 10. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of customer applications.
• 11. Follow the bank's KYC, compliance, and customer-service guidelines.
