Job summary

Rising Tide Digital in Taguig (BGC), Philippines, is seeking a Test Analyst to support testing of Core Banking application interfaces. You will handle test planning, test case creation, test execution and defect reporting to ensure the quality and reliability of banking software.

You should have a Bachelor's in IT/CS/Engineering, hands-on software testing experience, and knowledge of SDLC/STLC and test techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Experience in Software Testing or Quality Assurance.
• Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and test design techniques.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Banking or Core Banking experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and functional requirements.
• Prepare test plans, test cases, and test data.
• Execute manual test cases and document results.
• Identify, log, and track defects through resolution.
• Perform retesting and validation of defect fixes.
• Create test status reports and testing artifacts.
