Job summary

HRTX in the Philippines seeks a Chief Operating Officer to lead overall operations, ensure strong processes and controls, manage day-to-day activities, and drive operational excellence while maintaining regulatory compliance.

You will build and optimize systems, manage outsourced providers, develop policies, ensure accurate reporting to clients and regulators, and guide the operations team toward high performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in trust, fiduciary, or investment operations, or 5 years as a financial officer with regulatory training.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and commercial drivers.
• Experience with both local and offshore markets is an advantage.
