Private Advertiser seeks an experienced branch operations leader to manage daily activities of the branch, ensuring compliant, customer-focused financial services.

The role requires 5+ years in banking with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, and strong knowledge of lending, risk, and regulatory practices. You will lead a team, strengthen client relationships, and uphold governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a financial institution, with 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of branch operations, lending processes, credit assessment, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in risk management and financial analysis.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations ensuring efficient, compliant, and customer-focused financial services.
• Implement internal controls to manage operational, credit, compliance, and reputational risks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including onboarding, AML/CFT, and loan documentation.
• Review and approve loan applications in line with credit policies.
• Monitor branch performance, prepare operational reports, and identify process improvements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and the local community.
• Uphold standards of corporate governance, ethical conduct, and financial stewardship.
• Lead, coach, and manage branch employees to achieve objectives.
