Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive professional experience in business analysis within banking or regulated financial services.
• Experience in operating model design and/or transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current-state processes, data flows, accounting processes, and reporting requirements.
• Identify process variations and gaps across products, desks, entities, and regions.
• Support design and implementation of the target operating model (TOM).
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, process maps, and specs.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Support solution and gap analysis aligning requirements with global standards.
• Participate in UAT planning, traceability, defect resolution, and business validation.
• Maintain RAID logs and support readiness activities including procedures and training materials.
• Ensure testing evidence and stakeholder approvals before go-live.
