Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. invites applications for a Client Service Associate at our Las Piñas branch. The role focuses on accurate, timely processing of over-the-counter deposits, withdrawals, payments, remittances and related transactions in line with bank standards.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree (business preferred), is customer‑focused, can work onsite in Las Piñas, and is ready to join a team in Branch Operations. Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant banking experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course
• Preferably at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates
• Required Skill: Communicates clearly and effectively
• Willing to work onsite in Las Piñas Area

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting /offering bank’s products and services
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
