Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in credit risk, review, or related functions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
• Knowledge of financial statement analysis and credit risk assessment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess loan portfolios for credit quality and policy compliance.
• Conduct field reviews and identify credit risks and policy gaps.
• Prepare credit review reports with findings and recommendations.
• Monitor action plans and follow up on credit review results.
• Evaluate loan classifications and suggest risk ratings and provisioning.
• Support credit risk initiatives and process improvements.
