Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Client Service Associate to process deposits, withdrawals, remittances and other over-the-counter transactions accurately and timely in line with bank standards.

The role requires clear communication, on-site work in San Jose, Nueva Ecija, and a bachelor’s degree; fresh graduates welcome, with preference for those with branch operations experience.

You will also assist customers, promote bank products, and ensure compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course.
• Preferably at least one year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates.
• Required Skill: Communicates clearly and effectively
• Willing to work onsite in San Jose, Nueva Ecija.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting /offering bank’s products and services
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
