Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Client Service Associate to accurately process over-the-counter deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign exchange, remittances and related transactions in line with bank standards.

The role requires a bachelor's degree relevant to the job (business preferred), willingness to work on site in Itogon, Benguet, and clear communication to deliver reliable customer service while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course.
• At least 1 year experience in branch operations, but open to fresh graduates.
• Required skill: Communicates clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting /offering bank’s products and services
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
