You will gather requirements, document processes, support UAT, and collaborate with stakeholders, developers and project managers to deliver high-impact banking projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in banking operations or related banking tech roles.
• Proven BA experience translating business needs into tech requirements.
• Strong knowledge of banking systems, workflows, and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with core banking platforms and databases.
• Excellent documentation and test case creation.
• Awareness of Agile/Waterfall project methodologies.
• Amenable to full onsite work setup.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements from stakeholders within the banking sector.
• Conduct feasibility studies and impact analyses for proposed business and technology solutions.
• Create detailed functional specifications, use cases and process flows for development teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Perform UAT coordination and validation to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend optimisations to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, system configurations and solution designs.
• Provide post-implementation support and perform root cause analysis for issues.
