Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Banking, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of banking, branch operations, customer service, cash handling, or related financial services experience.
• Experience handling deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and/or loan releases is an advantage.
• Pleasant, professional personality with strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills.
• Confident and clear communication with diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify cash and check deposits with accuracy and proper documents.
• Facilitate withdrawal transactions after validating client identity and account info.
• Process loan releases and disbursements with required approvals and docs.
• Receive and process loan payments including principal, interest, penalties, and charges.
• Balance cash and records; report discrepancies and maintain confidentiality.
