Responsabilidades

• Monitor bank debit transactions and ensure payments are booked.
• Prepare consolidated unrecorded bank debits and identify affected GL accounts.
• Journalize EWBC portfolio collections, fund transfers, and interest for each account.
• Download daily EWBC history and email to the relevant department.
• Monitor tagging of returned checks in bank transaction history.
• Journalize credit card collections along with the CWT and related charges.
• Post brokers' commissions and credits back.
• Clean-up floating items in Bank Reconciliation and other GL accounts.
