• Reconciles General Ledger accounts with various registers.
• Extracts General ledger information.
• Reconciles bank statements.
• Reconciles report discrepancies and problems.
• Codes data for input to the financial data processing according to company procedures.
• Reviews balances and interprets computer reports and makes necessary adjustments if needed.
• Maintains/updates list of all company's bank accounts.
• Keeps record of work completed.
• Prepares complete journal/adjusting entries.
