• Monitor tagging of returned checks in bank transaction history.
• Journalize credit card collections along with the CWT and related charges.
• Post brokers' commissions and credits back.
• Clean-up floating items in Bank Reconciliation and other GL accounts.

Job Summary

Responsible in updating, checking, identifying GL affected in the Consolidation of Unrecorded Bank Debits and Credits from Bank Recon Report. Responsible in the clean- up of floating items in the Bank Reconciliation Report and assigned GL accounts

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitoring of bank debittransactions and ensures that transaction related to payments are booked.
• Preparation of ConsolidatedUnrecorded bank debits and identifying GL affected for bank debits and credits
• Journalizes EWB portfoliocollections, fund transfer to Fapii and interest earned for each bank account
• Downloading daily EWBCtransaction history and email to concern department
• Monitors the prompt taggingof returned checks reflected in the bank transaction history
• To journalize credit cardcollections alongside with the CWT and charges involved
• Posting of brokerscommission and credit back.
• Clean-up of floating itemsin the Bank Reconciliation and other assigned GL accounts
