Job summary

M CATERING AND FINE FOODS is seeking an Accounts and Bank Reconciliation Supervisor to oversee daily accounting operations, ensure accurate reconciliation, and safeguard assets. The role emphasizes timely recording of transactions, monitoring cash movements, and resolving discrepancies.

The ideal candidate has strong accounting knowledge, Excel proficiency, and supervisory experience to lead a small team and deliver accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
• 3–5 years of accounting, bank reconciliation, or financial analysis experience
• 1–2 years supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
• Experience in multi-bank, multi-account reconciliation is a strong advantage
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes
• High proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Quickbooks, NetSuite, or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and team leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee bank reconciliation processes and ensure accuracy of records.
• Monitor cash movements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Manage accounts reconciliation and ledger maintenance with attention to detail.
• Implement process controls and safeguard company assets.
• Prepare and present regular financial reports.
