Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any 4-year course; Preferably related to Management, Finance, and/or Information Sciences or computational courses.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Processes bank financing and refinancing accounts for assigned partner banks within standard processing time.
• Communicates with clients and partner banks via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions to collect documents and address concerns.
• Ensures all service requests are resolved within the established turnaround time.
• Submits daily productivity and accomplishment reports to the Operations Lead Bank Financing.
