Chroma Hospitality, Inc. is seeking a Chief Accountant/Finance Manager to assist the Financial Controller in ensuring accurate daily financial activities and timely month-end reporting to the corporate office. This role requires strong accounting leadership within a hotel environment.

The incumbent will supervise the General Accountant and Accounting staff, manage reconciliations, and ensure regulatory compliance across BIR, SEC, and related agencies. Experience in hotel operations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related field.
• CPA preferred.
• Min 2 years in same role within hotel/resort environment.
• Knowledge of BIR/tax/regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and month-end close.
• Prepare and review journal entries and adjustments.
• Monitor AR/AP and cash flow reporting.
• Oversee payroll accruals and forecasting.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and regulatory reporting.
• Supervise General Accountant and Accounting staff.
