Job summary

AXA Philippines (Bankassure Dept.) is seeking energetic financial sales executives to join our branch-based team in Tarlac. You will generate leads, set appointments, and analyze client needs to offer tailored financial solutions with support from Distributor Tools.

Successful candidates possess a Bachelor's degree, 1–2 years in sales or related roles, and strong communication skills. Onboarding and advanced training are provided; roles involve in-branch or offsite customer events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and willingness to be assigned in PSBANK branches in Tarlac.
• 1–2 years of solid working experience in sales or related roles preferred.
• Proven ability to meet monthly sales targets and build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Carry out continuous lead generation activities.
• Set appointments, over the phone or face-to-face.
• Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend customized solutions.
• Prepare customer documents and submit applications.
• Strengthen customer relationships through after-sales service.
• Build long-term relationships with the bank partner.
• Engage the bank partner to be active referrers.
• Refer customers to the bank for loans or savings/checking accounts.
• Inform and update branch about daily activities, referrals, and branch performance.
• Complete onboarding and attend training; get accredited to run customer events.
