Job summary

FWD Life Insurance Corporation in Manila seeks a Mobile Financial Solutions Consultant to drive Bancassurance sales, acquire new business, and retain quality portfolios within Security Bank partnerships. You will implement strategic initiatives and maintain cordial relationships with bank partners to grow the distribution network.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, strong analytical and communication skills, and proven sales experience in financial services or related industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Willing to be deployed or relocated to San Juan City or Mandaluyong City.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Internal and external customer focus.
• Team player with ability to work independently and stay motivated.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• Sales experience in insurance, banking, real estate, pharmaceutical or any sales industries is a plus.
• Experience in Financial Services sales to high-net-worth clients is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Offer FWD's Traditional and Variable products to Security Bank clients.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Security Bank to generate leads.
• Achieve overall sales performance and acquire new business.
• Retain quality business for the assigned branch.
• Implement strategic initiatives to strengthen partnerships with bank partners.
