Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year or 5-year Bachelor's degree.
• At least 1-2 years of solid working experience in sales or customer-facing roles.

• Ability to achieve sales targets on a monthly basis.
• Willing to be assigned in Metrobank anywhere in Argao Cebu or nearer areas.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily sales activities and lead generation.
• Set appointments over the phone or face-to-face.
• Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend customized solutions.
• Prepare customer documents and submit applications.
• Strengthen customer relationships through after-sales servicing.
• Build long-term relationships with the bank partner and be active referrers.
• Inform and update the branch on daily activities and referrals.
• Complete onboarding and participate in training and designation programs.
