• Bachelor’s degree (4- or 5-year)
• 1–2 years of solid working experience in sales or related roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to achieve monthly sales targets
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in Makati City

Responsibilities

• Carry out continuous lead generation activities
• Set appointments via phone or face-to-face
• Conduct financial needs analysis and propose customized solutions
• Prepare customer documents and submit applications
• Strengthen customer relationships through after‑sales servicing
• Build a long-term relationship with the bank partner
• Engage the bank partner to act as active referrers
• Promote referrals to the bank for loans or savings accounts
• Inform and update the branch on daily activities and referrals
• Complete onboarding program and participate in training and designation programs
• Get accredited to run customer events in-branch or offsite
