Job summary

HRTX is seeking a proactive Financial Advisor to promote and sell insurance and financial products within a bank branch setting. You will work with bank staff to identify client needs, provide expert financial advice, and offer suitable life, health, and investment solutions to help clients protect their financial future.

You will develop relationships, conduct needs assessments, present offerings, and support training and joint calls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• At least 6 months of proven experience in sales, financial services, insurance, or bancassurance.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and drive sales of insurance and financial products.
• Conduct client needs assessments and deliver tailored financial advice.
• Present product offerings, support bank staff, and meet sales targets/KPIs.
