OONA Insurance is seeking a Branch Acquisition Officer to drive bancassurance production across Metro Manila by collaborating with bank broker units and bank Relationship Managers. The role focuses on policy issuance, client engagement, and ensuring timely payments.

The position emphasizes field-work, relationship-building, and achieving branch-level targets through proactive onboarding and training of bank staff, with strong emphasis on compliance and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing, finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years in bancassurance, insurance sales, or bank-based financial products distribution.
• Experience with bank branches in Metro Manila is a strong advantage.
• Licensed or willing to be licensed as required by the Insurance Commission.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary day-to-day contact between the company and the bank’s accredited broker for retail policy issuance.
• Attend client meetings with bank RMs to present insurance solutions and support closing.
• Monitor premium payments and drive on-time renewals; manage collections trackers.
• Onboard and train bank branches and FI staff; drive referral activity and incentives.
• Own production targets for Metro Manila region and report regional performance.
