Job summary

Aboitiz Foods is seeking a skilled Bakery Technician to deliver technical expertise at the flour end-user level across Visayas and Mindanao. You will assess customer needs, tailor recipe formulations, and demonstrate products to drive value within the baking industry.

The role requires 3+ years in baking, proficiency with bakery equipment, and the ability to train customers and stakeholders on industry standards and innovations. Travel within the Visayas & Mindanao region is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course.
• Preferably with a certificate or diploma related in Baking Science or TESDA NCII certification in Bread and Pastry Production.
• At least 3 years of experience in the baking industry.
• Proven experience in leading technical baking demonstrations or teaching sessions (including online platforms).

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical expertise and value creation at the flour end-user level within an assigned territory.
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments with customers, develop customized solutions including recipe formulation and process optimization, and execute comparative product demonstrations to prospective and existing end-users.
• Provide technical training and skill development sessions to customers and stakeholders, emphasizing current baking industry standards and innovations.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to perform on-site product troubleshooting, implement corrective measures, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and technical outcomes.
