Aboitiz Foods, a leader in the regional food and agribusiness sector, seeks a Bakery Technician to deliver technical expertise at the flour end-user level across the Visayas and Mindanao region. You will assess customer needs, tailor recipes, and demonstrate products to end-users.

You will provide training on baking standards, collaborate with QA for on-site troubleshooting, and document technical outcomes. Travel within the region is required, with focus on bread, cake, and pastry production.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a related field.
• TESDA NCII Bread and Pastry Production preferred.

• Conduct needs assessments and develop customized bakery solutions including recipe formulation and demonstrations.
• Provide technical training to customers and stakeholders on baking standards and innovations.
