SEBADA PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a production supervisor to oversee daily bakery operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely output.

You will supervise production staff, monitor attendance and performance, and ensure adherence to GMP and sanitation protocols. The role requires leadership, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage production schedules while meeting daily targets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition and Dietetics or related food course.
• Experience in food manufacturing, bakery production, foodservice or related operations.
• Experience supervising production personnel or managing a team.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMP, sanitation and hygiene standards.
• Familiar with production planning, inventory monitoring and quality control.
• Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage production schedules and meet daily targets.
• Willing to work flexible hours including early morning shifts when necessary.
• Preferably resident of Sariaya, Quezon.

Responsabilités

• Report directly to the President/General Manager
• Oversee daily bakery production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely output
• Supervise production personnel and monitor work assignments, attendance, and performance
• Ensure compliance with established product specifications, food safety protocols, GMP, and sanitation requirements
• Monitor raw material usage, production yields, and product wastage
• Coordinate with management regarding production schedules, inventory requirements, and operational concerns
• Identify production issues and recommend improvements to maintain consistent product quality and operational efficiency
