Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management or related field.
• 2–3 years in bakery operations or food production.
• Experience supervising staff and daily bakery operations.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene practices, and SOP compliance.
• Familiarity with production planning, inventory management, and quality control.
• Basic knowledge of sales forecasting and product display standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality service and ensure excellent operational standards.
• Create, review, and implement the production plan accurately and consistently.
• Analyze production output vs plan, including defects and wastage.
• Ensure weekly inventory accuracy in the MMS system.
• Prepare and manage team schedules.
• Recommend critical products based on sales contribution and demand.
• Ensure compliance with product layout and display standards.
• Review and approve recommendations from Bakers and production staff.
• Ensure SOP compliance across processes.
• Oversee equipment care and preventive maintenance.
• Order raw materials and packaging timely, maintaining weekly supply levels.
• Ensure on-time delivery of finished products for display and sales.
• Conduct random SOP checks for in-process and finished goods.
• Engage customers and team members with product knowledge sharing.
• Support business needs as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
