Qualifications

• Open to Flexible Schedules (weekends, holidays), and long working hours.

Responsibilities

• Mixes, kneads, and shapes dough for bread.
• Cuts dough into uniform portions.
• Places pans of dough into the oven to bake.
• Removes baked products from the oven.
• Cleans bakery utensils, equipment, and work area as needed.
• Performs other duties in the kitchen as may be prescribed.
