Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduates of Food Technology, Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management or related course.
• 2–3 years of bakery operations or food production experience.
• Experience supervising staff and bakery operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality service and ensure operational standards.
• Create, review, and implement production plan accurately.
• Analyze production output including defects and wastage.
• Ensure weekly inventory accuracy in MMS system.
• Prepare and manage team schedules.
• Recommend critical products based on sales and demand.
• Ensure compliance with product layout and display standards.
• Review and approve recommendations from Bakers and production staff.
• Ensure SOP compliance.
• Oversee equipment care and preventive maintenance.
• Manage timely ordering of raw materials and packaging.
• Ensure on-time delivery of finished products for display and sales.
• Conduct random checks for SOP compliance in-process and finished products.
• Engage customers and team through knowledge sharing and service interactions.
