Job summary

Trinitas Food Corporation is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function across bakery operations and branch networks. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Electromechanical Technology, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant maintenance experience with supervisory or managerial responsibility.
• Experience in food manufacturing, bakery, restaurants, retail, hospitality, commissary, FMCG, or multi-site operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment reliability, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Experience managing technicians and third-party contractors.
• Strong planning, documentation, problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Experience with bakery equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, electrical systems, ovens, mixers, proofers, chillers, and freezers is an advantage.
• Willing to travel between branches when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team responsible for bakery equipment, refrigeration, electrical systems, air-conditioning, facilities, and other operational assets.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Program for all critical equipment.
• Establish equipment maintenance schedules, inspection standards, checklists, and service records.
• Monitor equipment breakdowns and downtime and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring problems.
• Establish clear response and escalation procedures for emergency repairs.
• Manage technicians, contractors, suppliers, spare parts, and maintenance service providers.
• Maintain an accurate Equipment and Asset Registry, including maintenance and repair history.
• Develop minimum and critical spare-parts requirements to prevent unnecessary operational downtime.
• Monitor maintenance expenses and identify opportunities to reduce repair costs without compromising equipment reliability or safety.
• Coordinate closely with Operations, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Finance.
• Ensure compliance with electrical, mechanical, fire-safety, occupational-safety, and food-production requirements.
• Train and develop maintenance personnel and establish clear competency standards for technicians.
• Provide management with regular reports on equipment condition, downtime, recurring breakdowns, maintenance costs, and corrective actions.
