Job summary

BANH MI KITCHEN SERVICES, INC. is seeking a dedicated Baker/Dispatch Staff in a hybrid role in Metro Manila. You will prepare baked goods and manage dispatch and delivery to customers and outlets.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a bakery or food production environment preferred.
• Good understanding of baking techniques and food hygiene standards.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and/or public holidays as needed.
• Basic knowledge of inventory and dispatch systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Physically fit; capable of lifting and standing for long periods.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Baking Duties: Prepare doughs, batters, and baked goods according to company recipes and standards.
• Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Monitor baking processes to ensure quality and consistency.
• Label and package finished products appropriately.
• Dispatch & Logistics Duties: Accurately pick and pack orders for delivery.
• Load/unload delivery vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
• Ensure all dispatch paperwork is correctly completed (delivery notes, invoices, etc.).
• Coordinate with drivers or delivery services to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or issues to the supervisor.
