Good Eats by SSI, a subsidiary of Rustan's Group of Companies, is seeking a Baker to join our Bread Ahead brand. This on-site position in Paranaque is open to fresh graduates or students for a full-time role.

The Baker will handle large-scale production of baked goods, operate commercial equipment safely, ensure quality and food safety, and support inventory control and sanitation in the plant. This is a hands-on opportunity to grow in a manufacturing bakery environment.

A skilled and detail-oriented Baker to join our Plant team. The Baker will be responsible for large-scale preparation and production of baked goods while ensuring consistency, quality, food safety, and operational efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate commercial baking equipment and production machinery safely and efficiently
• Ensure consistency, quality, and freshness of all baked products produced in the commissary/plant
• Follow daily production schedules and meet required output targets
• Monitor ingredient usage and assist in inventory control and stock rotation
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the production area and equipment
• Comply with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations at all times
