Job summary

Insurance Company of North America (A Chubb Company) in the Philippines seeks an experienced Backup and Recovery Engineer to own Rubrik infrastructure and drive modernization of backup solutions. You will troubleshoot performance, perform tuning and hardware upgrades, write SOPs, and ensure SLA adherence across Windows, Linux, AIX, databases, NAS and VMware.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with enterprise Backup and Recovery technologies.
Strong understanding of Disaster Recovery at server/datacenter level.
Good understanding of networking concepts.
Rubrik experience is a plus.
Analytical mindset with methodical approach.
Ability to work independently and with global teams.

Responsibilities

Manage Rubrik Backup and Recovery Infrastructure operations.
Assist modernization of backup and recovery capabilities.
Troubleshoot Backup/Recovery issues (performance and incidents).
Perform performance tuning, hardware upgrades and resource optimization.
Provide preventative maintenance to ensure performance, availability, and security.
