Work is a full-onsite, graveyard/night shift with 4 working days and 3 consecutive days off. You will monitor driver safety, complete shift checklists, and communicate clear instructions while enforcing reporting and timing rules.
Position Summary
TGO is looking for a Driver Support Agent is responsible for the real-time coordination, monitoring, and support of Delivery Associates (DAs) working for Amazon in the field. This role ensures that delivery operations run efficiently by tracking route progress, managing vehicle and equipment assignments, and providing immediate troubleshooting support to drivers.

Time: Graveyard/Night Shift (Shifting schedule, depends on business needs)
Location: Eastwood, Metro Manila
Real-Time Tracking: Utilize operational dashboards to monitor driver status, route progress, and package delivery metrics (e.g., undeliverable or missing packages)
Safety Monitoring: Monitor real-time safety alerts (e.g., distracted driving or speeding) and maintain driver performance records.
Shift Checklists: Execute comprehensive "Day Start" and "Closer" checklists to ensure all administrative tasks and shift transitions are completed.
Asset Tracking: Maintain accurate logs of vehicle and equipment assignments (phones, scanners, etc.) to ensure all company assets are accounted for.
Compliance: Ensure all drivers log into required safety and performance applications at the start of their routes.
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage driver calls while simultaneously updating reports.
High attention to detail for tracking package statuses and vehicle defects.
Effective communication skills for providing clear instructions to drivers.
Proactive problem-solving mindset, especially regarding logistical delays and equipment failure.
Ability to strictly enforce operational rules, such as cutoff times and safety protocols.
Strong MS Excel background is an advantage.
