Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Back-End Engineer (pooling) to design and develop scalable, secure backend services and APIs. You will work with frontend teams, product managers, and QA to deliver end-to-end features in a remote setup.

The role emphasizes RESTful APIs, microservices, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and CI/CD workflows. A 3+ year track record in Java/C#/Node.js/Python/Go and cloud/container skills are valued.

Your Role

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and high‑performance backend services and APIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in backend development using Java, C#, Node.js, Python, or Go.
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD workflows.

Preferred Skills / Expertise

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of security best practices, authentication, and authorization (e.g., OAuth, JWT).
• Exposure to message brokers or event‑driven systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
