Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking a B2C Process & Quality Control Manager in Cebu City, Philippines. This managerial role focuses on process, data, and quality control for the Bill-To-Cash group across AP DU.

You will lead corporate support, governance, and cross-unit initiatives to deliver results and drive continuous improvements. The role requires strong expertise in billing/collection, project management, and leadership, with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in billing and collection.
• At least 1 year experience in project management.
• At least 3 years experience in leadership in Managerial position.
• Bachelor degree in any 4 year business, engineering, Finance or IT related course.

Responsibilities

• Improve Bill-To-Cash processes and operations across units.
• Coordinate with IT for system and data improvements and governance.
• Develop data criteria to support decision making and compliance with regulations.
• Manage SME development, training, and succession planning.
• Ensure timely, compliant support and project delivery by the B2C team.
