Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking a B2C Business Process Analyst to drive process improvement and ensure quality in the Cebu City, Philippines area. The role involves documenting Business Process requirements, creating models, and coordinating change requests across units.

You will enable operational excellence by analyzing workflows, providing training to SMEs, and supporting audit resolutions within the Bill-To-Cash scope. Bachelor’s degree in business/engineering/IT is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any 4-year Business, Engineering or IT related course.
• Knowledge of business process analysis, process mapping, and process improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in documenting business processes, policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ability to analyze system workflows and recommend process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Process Improvement: Analyze and document business process requirements; Create process models, flows and BRDs; Identify workflows for current and future requirements; Simplify regulatory requirements to fit processes; Provide functional expertise on processes and work instructions; Recommend improvements; Identify process blocks and activities; Facilitate change requests for processes and applications.
• Quality Control and Validation (Process, Data and Systems): Test functionality of solutions and reports after IT development for Bill to Cash Group.
• Functional Support: Analyze errors/issues, troubleshoot, and fix changes; Provide QA for Bill-To-Cash DU and CSU processes; Attend meetings with Bill-To-Cash units, Engineering and AP DUs on change management and harmonization.
• Audit Monitoring and Resolution: Carry out resolutions for audit findings related to process.
• SME Training: Train the Trainer and SMEs on new processes and procedures.

B2C Business Process Analyst

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Process Improvement
  • Analyzes and documents business process requirement
  • Create process models, flows and business requirement documents
  • Identify business workflows to be applied to existing and future Business Process requirements
  • Analyzes, simplifies and assimilates complex regulatory requirements to existing processes
  • Provide Functional expertise on Process, Procedures and Work instructions
  • Recommends Business Process improvements applicable to Business Requirements
  • Identification of Process blocks and Activities
  • Facilitate Change Requests for Process and Applications
• Quality Control and Validation (Process, Data and Systems)
  • Test Functionality of solutions and reports after IT development for Bill to Cash Group
• Functional Support

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any 4-year Business , Engineering or IT related course.

Technical / Functional Skills:

• Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of business process analysis, process mapping, and process improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in documenting business processes, policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ability to analyze system workflows and recommend process improvements.
