Outsourced Quality Assured Services Inc. (ISO Certified) is hiring a Customer and Sales Support Specialist to assist the client’s sales, customer service, and operations teams.

You will manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations, process orders, and maintain CRM records to ensure accurate, up-to-date information. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B sales support, order processing, or back-office administration and can work with international customers and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, order processing, sales administration, or back-office operations.
• Experience supporting a B2B business is highly desirable.
• Background in manufacturing, wholesale, packaging, distribution, or a product-based business is an advantage.
• Experience preparing quotations, processing orders, maintaining customer records, and coordinating follow-ups.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly spreadsheets, email, and document management.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience working with international customers or geographically distributed teams is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Support sales team with preparing, formatting, and issuing customer quotations based on pricing, specifications, and terms.
• Record quotations in the CRM and monitor their status.
• Follow up on quotations to identify interest, next steps, and opportunities.
• Prepare sales documents, customer proposals, order confirmations, and other materials.
• Process customer orders and coordinate with production and delivery teams.
• Maintain accurate records of sales opportunities, quotations, orders, and communications.
• Coordinate internal follow-ups to ensure tasks and customer requests are completed.
• Support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth information flow and timely updates.
• Escalate urgent issues such as pricing discrepancies or order errors.
• Ensure documentation and data management standards are followed.
